Which events will this hedgehog be participating in?

Sprint (requires exercise ball) Yes No
Shot Put (requires exercise ball) Yes No
Garden Slalom (requires exercise ball) Yes No
Hurdles Yes No
Floor Exercises Yes No
Costume contest Yes No

Please note: the event will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. with the costume contest, followed by the sprint, shot put, garden slalom, hurdles, and floor exercises. The costume contest will be judged separately and will not contribute points to the IHOG medal standings.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the event start. Late-arriving participants may be disallowed from competing at the discretion of the event organizer if it is felt that their hedgehogs have an unfair advantage due to the later start time.

Participants must supply their own exercise ball for the events that require one.

Entry fees are $4 per hedgehog per IHOG event (or $16 for all five events) if registered prior to April 19 and $5 per hedgehog per IHOG event (or $20 for all five events) if registered afterward. The costume contest is $4 per hedgehog if registered prior to April 19, and $5 if paid afterward. Payment may be made online via Paypal or by cash or check on the day of the event.

Ribbons for first through sixth place will be awarded for each IHOG event. Hedgehogs are eligible for overall pentathlon medals, to be awarded to the highest overall point-getters. The costume contest will not be included in the pentathlon point totals but will be judged separately; certificates for first through sixth place will be awarded.

Obviously sick hedgehogs or hedgehogs with unhealed injuries will not be permitted to compete at the discretion of the event organizer. If your hedgehog has a communicable illness, for the safety of the other hedgehogs, please do not bring them to the event. If the event organizer feels that a sick hedgehog poses a health risk to other animals, the owner will be asked to remove the hedgehog from the area.

I have read the above rules and regulations and agree to abide by them.
